Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
Delivery time
- Europe: 6-9 business days
- Rest of the world: 10-20 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your exact location and local customs processing. During busy periods (such as holidays) this may take slightly longer.
Shipping costs
Free shipping on orders over €25. For orders under €25, a €3 shipping fee applies. This applies worldwide, for every destination.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking code by email to follow your package.
Customs and import duties
For orders shipped outside the EU (if applicable), additional import duties or taxes may be charged upon arrival. This is beyond our control.
